Key Responsibilities:

Designing and managing bridge projects from inception through to completion
Ensuring compliance with national standards and Eurocodes
Overseeing the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, and engineering solutions
Collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver successful bridge projects
Conducting site inspections and assessments
Mentoring junior engineers and providing professional guidance
Contributing to multidisciplinary projects, particularly in stadiums and building design
Upholding the organisation's values and promoting a collaborative and innovative working environment

Job Requirements:

Relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Chartered Engineer status with the ICE or ISTRUCTE, or significant progress towards Chartered Status
Extensive experience in bridge design, with a strong focus on highways
In-depth knowledge of national standards and Eurocodes
Strong communication and report writing skills
Experience in stadiums and building design/construction is advantageous
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools
