We're looking for a Garment Technologist who lives and breathes fashion, someone who can take a design from concept sketch to flawless, ready-to-wear reality with their wider team. In this established role you'll take ownership of a large proportion of the garment tech function. Leading a team of technologists and acting as the vital link between design, buying, and production. Your leadership and technical expertise will be key in ensuring every garment not only looks incredible but also fits, performs, and delivers on this brands promise.

What You'll Do as a Garment Technologist:
Own the fit process from first sample to final production, ensuring impeccable fit, finish, and feel.
Lead the garment tech function, guiding your team members through grading, sample management, and approvals.
Protect the design vision as garments move into production, aligning every detail with our standards of excellence.
Oversee technical specifications, testing, and quality control, including test reports, AQL checks, care labels, and supplier manuals.
Be the bridge between design and production, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient delivery across all stages of development.
Manage the critical path and sample trackers, keeping timelines on track and milestones consistently met.
Work closely with suppliers; maintaining daily communication, reviewing supply bases, and introducing new partners to support growth.
Set up best practices; standardised blocks, accurate specs, and grading processes-to streamline operations and scale effectively.
Drive innovation in garment technology; constantly improving fit, comfort, and construction while staying ahead of fashion trends.
Deliver against KPIs, ensuring quality benchmarks, return rates, cost targets, and timelines are consistently achieved.
Seal production with confidence; making key decisions that guarantee market-ready products of the highest standard.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as an established garment technologist within a fast-paced fashion brand (3-5 years)
Expert knowledge of garment fit, grading, fabrics, and construction.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team.
