We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of solar farm and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across the UK. About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate on-site activities across multiple renewable energy projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at every stage. The position combines regular site visits with remote-based work, offering flexibility and the chance to work on some of the most innovative clean energy projects in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site operations and ensure adherence to HSE standards and company procedures.
Monitor construction progress and performance of contractors and subcontractors.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and reporting.
Support commissioning and quality assurance processes for solar and BESS installations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure all works comply with UK regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience supervising construction or installation activities on solar farm or renewable energy projects.
Strong understanding of UK health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote, multi-disciplinary team.
Flexibility to travel to sites across the UK.
Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred.
