About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Electrical Supervisor to join a clean water infrastructure project in Kent. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising electrical works on site, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

This is a contract / freelance opportunity, ideal for an independent professional who thrives in managing their own workload while contributing to a large-scale water industry project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities across the clean water project.

  • Ensure works are completed in line with client specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

  • Manage subcontractors and oversee safe systems of work.

  • Carry out toolbox talks, site inspections, and ensure compliance with RAMS.

  • Liaise with the project management team to report progress, issues, and risks.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure site records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

  • EUSR (Energy & Utility Skills Register) Card - essential.

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) certification.

  • First Aid at Work qualification.

  • Strong background in electrical supervision within utilities or water infrastructure.

  • Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors.

  • Excellent understanding of health & safety compliance.
