I'm currently working with a purpose-driven, tech-led organisation whose mission is to actually make a difference in the world! They're seeking an IAM Manager to lead a small team and drive their identity and access management strategy forward. This is the perfect role for someone who lives and breathes IAM and wants to make a meaningful difference.

Your Role:

Lead the delivery of robust access control solutions including RBAC, JML, and SoD.
Provide technical expertise across platforms such as SailPoint, Entra ID, or One Identity.
Guide and develop a small, high-impact team.
Bring innovative ideas that could evolve/mature the identity governance function.
Familiar with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Possess an understanding of cloud environments.

The Details:

Salary: Up to £84,000
Bonus: up to 22%
Location: Bristol - Hybrid
