M&E Surveyor

Location - UK sites, MK19, SW1A, G1 & TN14

Rates: £46.23 per hour, outside of IR35

Start date: 4th of January 2026

We are seeking a diligent and experienced M&E Surveyor to support the asset verification team by providing site surveying and data capture services for Mechanical & Electrical assets. The role requires the completion of all surveying commitments within agreed time scales, commencing 4th January. The successful candidate will carry out asset capture surveys of buildings, focusing on HVAC and electrical assets, undertaking site verification and accurately recording all relevant information. Additionally, the role involves performing M&E asset verification, lifecycle analysis, and condition analysis reporting using the digital capture system. The candidate must be mobile to facilitate access to various sites and work efficiently in the field.

Skills:
  • Experience with asset capture surveys of buildings and HVAC & Electrical assets
  • Ability to carry out site verification of assets and record information accurately
  • Proficient in M&E asset verification, lifecycle analysis, and condition analysis reporting
  • Experience using digital capture systems (specifically Tetra Tech platform)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
  • Ability to work to agreed time scales and deadlines
  • Mobility and flexibility to access multiple sites
  • Good communication skills for reporting and liaising with teams
  • Basic IT proficiency for data entry and report generation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
