Are you a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated childcare professional? We are looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2, Level 3 or above) to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Totton.

About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years education and care. You'll help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your passion, creativity, and commitment to exceptional childcare will shine through in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Observe and record children's development, contributing to their learning journeys

  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene

  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team

We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent / higher)

  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development

  • A positive, caring attitude and excellent communication skills

  • Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education

  • Experience in a nursery setting
