Down who now requires a Site Manager for initial refurbishment and maintenance works in Belfast city centre. The contractor is an ambitious company still in its infancy with works rapidly expanding across multiple sectors' year-on-year, specialising in residential, healthcare commercial & education schemes. With a busy orderbook for 2025, the company has continued to emerge as a key player within construction in Northern Ireland. They will be commencing a fast-track refurbishment scheme in one of Belfast's most iconic venues in early June.
Your new roleDue to new opportunities within the business and a busy orderbook this year, the company welcomes you as Site Manager, responsible for the supervision of construction teams on various refurbishment, extension & maintenance schemes within the social housing and commercial sector across multiple locations in Belfast and North Down.Your role will involve the supervision and organisation of site teams to ensure the smooth running of projects to the quality required by the client and to the highest standards of health and safety. You will be responsible for the completion of assigned tasks, co-ordinating all available resources effectively and safely, ensuring the workload is completed within schedule.What you'll need to succeedAs a successful Site Manager, you will have previous experience in a site supervisory role, preferably coming from a trades background. Knowledge of maintenance works is desirable, but not essential. You must be CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS certified.As the projects are in various locations, you will have the ability to manage multiple sites at one time. You will be driven and a strong communicator in order to motivate the site teams & successfully deliver a high-quality end result for key clients.As this is an imminent requirement due to commence next week, you will be immediately available or soon to be available/finishing up a current project.What you'll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a contractor who can offer you a long-term & secure programme of works entirely at home - no UK travel required.
