I am looking for a Head of Pre-Construction for a regional leader in the Caribbean. With a portfolio of construction projects in over 10 Caribbean countries, this is an exciting opportunity within a leadership role.

Looking after several multi-million dollar projects, you will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, budget and schedule.

Project range - including residential, commercial, aviation, hospitality and high-end construction.

Job role includes:

Leading the Pre-Construction phase across multiple high-value projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project scope, budgets and timelines.
Create and classify tender opportunities, whilst preparing and managing tender documents - leader of the tender process.
Determine best strategy for major project bids and tender submissions.
Lead bid response and tender submissions including the preparation and completion of quality submission
Coordinate pricing activities with the estimating team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Support early procurement strategies and package scoping.
Oversee seamless transition from Pre-Construction over to the Operational Teams

Candidate will have:

Several years of experience in construction management, estimating, or a similar role, with leadership experience.
Main contractor experience.
Degree qualified.
Caribbean experience advantage but not essential.
