About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of two ISO7 cleanrooms. This is a full turnkey project encompassing M&E, architectural, and some civil works. The successful candidate will manage the PCSA phase starting immediately, with construction set to begin in July and complete by February 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the PCSA and oversee the entire construction process.
  • Act as the main contractor, ensuring project delivery to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate M&E services, architectural, and civil work teams.
  • Ensure compliance with MOD requirements, including BPSS clearance.
  • Implement and manage the validation process for cleanrooms.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing cleanroom construction projects.
  • Strong M&E bias with comprehensive architectural knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the validation process for cleanrooms.
  • Previous experience acting as a main contractor.
  • BPSS clearance is mandatory due to MOD requirements.
