Social Media Manager
Salary: £30,000- £35,000
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

A fast-growing B2B tech startup is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to take the lead on shaping and scaling our digital presence. If you're passionate about the startup ecosystem and love turning ideas into engaging multi-platform campaigns, this could be your next big move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of engaging content (visuals, videos, and copy) tailored for each platform.
  • Analyse campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and branding partners to refine and maintain our visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Support the amplification of paid campaigns through organic social content in Q2 and Q3.
  • Regularly audit social media activity, reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
