An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Training Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, a highly successful and global name within their industry. This role will be field based across Ireland, with occasional UK travel, and is a part time role of 18.75 hours per week.

The Requirements:

  • Deliver expert training to internal and external customers in line with company standards and compliance.
  • Support customers through onboarding, installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Lead on-site activities such as product audits, reporting, and support during product launches and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.

The Role:

Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong scientific background in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel (valid UK/EU driving license and passport).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
  • Background in Nursing, Biomedical Science, or a training-related discipline.
  • Understanding of healthcare systems in HSE (Ireland) and HSCNI (Northern Ireland).
  • Experience in designing and delivering patient-pathway-aligned training.
  • Familiarity with medical diagnostics systems and quality assurance tools.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and customer support.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
