A leading international B2B services group is seeking a Sales Director to lead its commercial operations in Italy. This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and service excellence across a multi-site business.

The Role

The role involves leading Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service teams, driving new business acquisition while strengthening existing customer relationships. A key focus will be developing effective sales strategies, pricing approaches, and cross-sell initiatives to maximise value and retention. The position also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions across areas such as fleet, mobility, energy, and connectivity.
