have partnered with a leading engineering contractor with a strong global presence across sectors who require a senior project manager to deliver a brand new 14MW data centre they have secured in Saudi Arabia.
The company in question will take full GC responsibilty on the project and ideally want someone from an MEP background with the capability to act as project lead and take full ownership of all packages, including CSA.
Joining from pre-construction phase, you will go to delivery stage in Q2 of next year with autonomy to lead through to PC.
Duties:

Leading and motivating multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Managing client relationships and ensuring full alignment with project objectives.

Overseeing design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Maintaining rigorous control of programme, cost, safety, and quality.

Driving collaboration across supply chain and internal teams.

Identifying risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Reporting performance to senior leadership and clients with clarity and accuracy.
