Join a leading main contractor specializing in large-scale, complex construction projects. Currently, undertaking an exciting data centre development in Amsterdam, they are actively recruiting a Document Controller. This role will be on a permanent full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and have experience using both Asite and Aconex software. Document Controller Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming transmittals of documentation and distribution to all consultants, sub-contractors and site team.
- Ensuring all documents are processed in a timely manner.
- QA Checks / adhere to company Processes and Procedures.
- Processing Drawings, Technical Submittals, Workflows, RAMS, Samples. RFI and Overdue Workflow reporting.
- Organising Print Runs where required.
- Material management
- Involved in site inductions
Key Requirements:
- 3 + years experience working in a Document Controller position or site administration with document control responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Asite and Aconex software and Microsoft Office packages.
- Previous construction experience is beneficial but candidates from other industries will not be discounted.
- Great communication skills and positive attitude.
