The Electrical CAD Designer position is focused on creating electrical drawings and designs for a Defence platform management project.
Candidates should have strong prior experience in Electrical CAD and be highly experienced in using AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent.
The role involves collaborating with the Electrical Design Engineering team and maintaining documentation and drawings.
Applicants must be able to work in a constantly changing environment and have an understanding of Military and Defence Standards.
The position offers a hybrid work model and requires SC eligibility, with a competitive salary based on experience.

Electrical CAD Designer - Defence - Hybrid - SC Eligible

As an Electrical CAD Designer you will play a pivotal role in creating electrical drawings and designs within the Electrical CAD Design team. Your designs will help to deliver on a Defence platform management project.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Electrical Design Engineering team providing support when needed
Use AutoCAD electrical to produce electrical schematics
Developing component libraries
Continually maintaindocumentation and drawings
Creation and management of Bills of Materials

Requirements:

Strong prior experience in Electrical CAD
Highly experienced using AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent
Able to work in a constantly changing environment
Team collaboration
Understanding of Military and Defence Standards
