Construction Manager required for the successful deployment of tracking system products by overseeing installation activities, ensuring high-quality standards, and delivering onsite technical support. Previous tracker system experience/knowledge preferred. ASAP Start. 9 Month Contract.

  • Oversee on-site installation and maintenance of solar tracking systems.

  • Ensure team and personal safety, inspections, and safety trainings.

  • Collaborate with project management, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Review construction documents, manuals, and technical bulletins for accuracy.

  • Lead and train construction teams on system installation.

  • Coordinate site scheduling, logistics, and on-site customer communications.

  • Track and report project progress through daily updates and weekly summaries.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years in construction management, with proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and solar tracking systems.

  • Skilled in operating heavy machinery and construction tools.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to safe working practices.

  • Willing to travel up to 100%; prior solar industry experience is highly
