An excellent opportunity for Test Engineer to work for a multi-national electronics manufacturer, where significant progression is available for an ambitious candidate.

Do you have a HNC or equivalent in electronics? Do you have experience with circuit diagrams?

This multi-national company develop power supply solutions for extreme environments, from design to manufacture. They are continually expanding and progressing employees through the ranks and they are a trusted supplier to some of the world's defence forces. Due to a position opening in the company, they are now looking for a Test Engineer to join their close-knit team.

In this role you will be testing units from production to ensure they meet specification. You will be required to fault find units that have failed, down to a component level. Part of your role will be to work collaboratively with the production engineers to repair faulty units, as well as, give technical support to junior staff.

This would therefore ideally suit a HNC qualified or equivalent electronics engineer who is looking for the next step in their career whereby they will have the opportunity of significant progression in a world class power supplies business.

The Role:

Test units from production to ensure they meet specification
Maintain records for tracking units tested
Liaise with production staff to help with repairs
Collaboratively work with design staff and test changes

The Person:

HNC or equivalent in Electronic Engineering
Keen to progress in a market leading company
Sound technical knowledge of electronics
Ambitious and wants to make a difference
