Salary: 25,000 + Paid Overtime (Door-to-Door) - Realistic earnings of 31,000+
Location: Field-based with travel to client sites

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the installation of new ventilation systems, including flat-pack builds and refurbishments.
Stripping out old systems and fitting upgraded components like fans, motors, coils, and filters.
Assisting with internal wiring and speed controller setups (no mains power work required).
Travelling to client sites with paid door-to-door hours - meaning your time is valued.
Working closely with experienced engineers and learning on the job.

What we're looking for:

Practical experience in a manufacturing or construction setting.
Comfortable using hand tools and working in physically active roles.
A full UK driving licence.
Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and occasionally stay overnight.
