A leading aviation company is looking for a Project Co-ordinator / Project Engineer / Project Scheduler to help align project delivery, technical capabilities, and resource planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in the development of advanced aircraft mission systems.

This is a great opportunity for an organised STEM graduate with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in aviation - or a proven Project Planner looking to take on a broader, hands-on coordination role. Training on Jira will be provided.

You'll work closely with teams across Design, Build and Operations to ensure plans are realistic, risks are flagged early, and project delivery stays on track. This is a facilitation role, ideal for someone who's collaborative, methodical, and passionate about aviation technology.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating planning across technical teams to support quarterly delivery goals
Monitoring progress and raising delivery risks when needed
Supporting quality processes including documentation and testing
Using (and learning) Jira to help manage resources and projects

?? What We're Looking For:

STEM-focused degree (Engineering, Aerospace, Physics, etc.)
Logical mindset with strong organisational skills
Able to understand and communicate across a variety of technical disciplines
Confident using Excel and other planning tools
Interest or experience in aviation or similar industries
Desirable: Knowledge of Jira and agile planning
