- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in Quality Assurance and testing, with a strong focus on SAP applications.
- Demonstrable experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting (RCM)
- Onboarding (ONB)
- Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Compensation (COMP)
- Succession & Development (SCD)
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they are supported by SAP SuccessFactors
- Develop comprehensive test cases based on requirements.
- Design and execute various types of testing, including functional, regression & integration testing.
- Execute test cases, record results, and document defects accurately and thoroughly.
- Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Previous experience of automation using TOSCA
- A minimum of Level 2 certification in TOSCA
