This opportunity sits within one of the group's major divisions - a business unit overseeing approximately 90 hotels - which is now embarking on a significant transformation program to modernize its financial systems, data infrastructure, and technology platforms. The division is evolving to become a more connected, efficient, and insight-led organization.

The Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial & Technology Officer (CFO/CTO) to join the divisional leadership team. This is a high-impact position combining strategic financial leadership with digital transformation oversight.

The successful candidate will define financial strategy, modernize systems, and lead technology innovation to build a scalable, data-driven foundation for continued growth.

About You

Proven experience as a CFO, CTO, or senior executive overseeing both finance and technology functions.
Background in hospitality, real estate, or other multi-site, asset-heavy industries.
Track record in leading large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of ERP, business intelligence, and property management systems.
Commercially focused, data-literate, and collaborative, with the ability to influence across all levels.
Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, or Technology; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
