As the Part-Time Finance Director, your role will include:

• Oversee financial strategy and governance across diverse investment portfolios.
• Manage group consolidations and produce accurate financial reports.
• Monitor investment performance and provide recommendations to optimise returns.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including offshore trust structures.
• Liaise with external advisors on tax planning and regulatory matters.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for group entities.
• Advise on risk management and financial controls across the organisation.

Profile

A successful Part-Time Finance Director should have:

• Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
