We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a Program Manager to support a multi-year transformation program within Markets Operations. This initiative is reshaping the organization's Target Operating Model across risk and controls, regulatory compliance, automation, data, technology, and culture. The successful candidate will join the Program Execution and Portfolio Management team, playing a key role in delivering strategic change across global operations and technology teams.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage assigned transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop project plans, track deliverables, and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, document strategic requirements, and align with business objectives.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and define measurable KPIs to support business cases.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, working groups, and senior forums to drive project progress.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and maintain strong relationships with business and technology partners.
  • Support testing, operational readiness, and lifecycle phases of transformation programs.
  • Promote best practices, standardization, and process simplification across initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal program delivery standards and methodologies.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience delivering transformation programs in a global financial services environment, ideally within operations, risk, or technology.
  • Strong project management credentials (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and sound judgment.
