Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Test Manager for a critical financial services programme focused on implementing a new lending platform.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the banking or financial services domain with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
The role requires managing medium to large testing teams of 10 to 20 resources and overseeing large transformation programs related to Corporate Loans.
Candidates should have a proven track record of planning large-scale integration testing and hosting UAT sessions while ensuring business sign-off.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, reflecting the importance of the role in the organization.

We are urgently looking for a Test Manager for this is a critical programme for a financial services client to implement the new corporate and commercial lending platform.

Minimum requirements:

Extensive previous experience in the banking/financial services domain
Experience in managing medium to large testing teams between 10 and 20 testing resources
Managed large transformation programs impacting many teams, preferably related to Corporate Loans or Loans in general
Planned and organised large scale integration testing touching 15+ upstream and downstream systems
Hosted and planned large UAT sessions. Understands the importance of gaining business sign-off before go-live
Excellent coordination and communication skills dealing with many stakeholders/departments/teams
Created test strategy, test approach, test plan, and test closure report for large projects/programs
Understands the complexity around defect management in a cross-department environment
Worked in a multi-vendor setting in the past and creates synergy between the different vendors

Nice to have:

Created automation strategies/plans that resulted in reducing a good percentage of the time and cost spent on manual testing
FIS CLS or ACBS experience
Jira/Confluence
Zephyr Squad/Zephyr Scale
