Civil 3D/BIM Manager

Contract Details:

Placement: Long term Contract Outside IR35
Location:London full time
Start date: Immediate

G2 are looking for an experienced 3D/BIM Manager to lead CAD/BIM delivery on high-profile projects. You'll oversee the production of 3D models and construction drawings for concrete and underground services (LV/HV systems, drainage, water networks), while mentoring junior staff and driving quality across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead BIM/CAD project delivery and ensure compliance with standards
Produce and manage detailed 3D models and construction drawings
Develop and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and content
Mentor junior team members and support global CAD coordination

Essential Skills:

10 years in CAD/BIM project execution (maritime/underground services a plus)
Proficiency in Autodesk tools: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks
Strong knowledge of BS/PAS standards
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
