MK-Search & Selection are working with a well respected engineering consultancy with a rapidly growing international presence who are looking for a project director to lead a notable data centre in Dublin.
They are acting as client representative and as project director you will have full autonomy to lead all relavant stakeholders from design through to commissioning including selection and co-ordination of all subcontractors and vendors.
The company have a existing and upcoming portfolio of retrofit and a major new build data centre within the same campus which you will take ownership of.
Duties:

Leading and motivating multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Managing client relationships and ensuring full alignment with project objectives.

Overseeing design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Maintaining rigorous control of programme, cost, safety, and quality.

Driving collaboration across supply chain and internal teams.

Identifying risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Reporting performance to senior leadership and clients with clarity and accuracy.
They are open to people coming from a CSA or MEP background once you have experience of working in mission critical enviroment with an overview of all relevant packages.This is an excellent opportunity for an established client side PM or PD, or someone in the contracting world looking to make the next step in their career. They are open to considering people on permanent or contract basis.
