Deputy WTG Package Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Poland

Responsibilities:

Co-manage with the Package's PM all Package tasks and responsibilities as requested
Be an effective member of the Package team
Support the Package PM in enforcing and ensuring Package compliance with project processes, policies, systems and procedures and safety philosophy
Support Package's progress according to scope, budget, schedule and quality
Execute all tasks according to high safety awareness culture
Consider enhanced HSSE in planning and execution of the scope of tasks
Support management HSSE risks within the scope . Capture and implement relevant Package lessons learnt and share with project team if requested
Support decision-making, provide relevant documentation. Documenting work to reach readiness for Execution
Communicate with other packages, especially engineering design

Requirements

MSc,BSc or other relevant Master's degree.
- 3+ years of relevant project experience in wind, turbine and/or large construction
- Negotiation, communication and leadership skills as well as commercial understanding and awarenes
