Housing Options Officer
Contract Length: 6 Months (Likely Extension)
Working Pattern: 1-2 days in office
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Location: Hertfordshire

Experience needed:
Over 2 years' experience in Local Authorities, using knowledge of HRA 2017, and other housing legislation.
Extensive experience carrying out Relief duty.
Experienced offering assistance, advice, and solutions on housing options.
Proficient in issuing main duty, S184 decisions.
Successfully dealt with homelessness presentations in line with the Housing Act 1996 Part VII from initial presentation to Section 184 notifications and beyond.
