We're excited to be partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing high-street fashion supplier, currently seeking a talented Men's Jersey Designer to join their vibrant, fast paced, and supportive design team.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Design and develop original menswear jersey concepts, prints, embroideries, fabrications, and seasonal themes.
- Source fabrics aligned with design direction and client needs.
- Manage your own accounts and work closely with buyers.
- Produce detailed tech packs/specs for factories and oversee the critical path.
- Collaborate with international factories and overseas offices.
- Travel abroad for trend research and sourcing trips.
- Present trend packs, colour inspiration, and mood boards to clients.
- Support the wider design team and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in men's jersey design within a supplier environment.
- Boyswear experience is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
- Commercially aware with strong trend forecasting skills and a good eye for colour, print, and fabric.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Willingness to travel overseas for sourcing and inspiration trips.
- Positive, adaptable, and solution-focused attitude.
