The role
As a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. You will ensure the kitchen is ready for service and cook in service, you will be cooking on the wood fired grill, you will help train the other chefs on how to cook on the grill. This role will include all the standard sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a sous chef who has knowledge of wood fired cooking experience and experience on the grill. you will also have good knife skills.
