Academics are currently working with a 'Good' forward-thinking academy based in Thanet, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic STEM Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position, teaching Maths and Science to Key Stage 3 (Years 7 and 8).

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Maths and Science, tailored to the needs of KS3 learners.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages progress and a love of learning.

What the school are looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or a strong interest in teaching both Maths and Science at KS3 level.
  • A clear passion for STEM education and an ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
