We are working with a leading contractor who is seeking an experienced Repairs Manager to join their growing team.
The Role:
Predominantly office-based, you will be responsible for managing a team of operatives, ensuring the effective delivery of a high-quality responsive repairs service. You will monitor operational performance, drive customer satisfaction, and support continuous service improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of operatives to deliver an outstanding repairs service
- Monitor KPIs and drive high performance and service standards
- Respond to customer feedback and implement improvements
- Work collaboratively with senior management to deliver operational excellence
- Provide regular reporting on team and service performance
