We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in London, where you'll maintain and design beautiful outdoor spaces.
The role involves planting, maintenance, landscaping, and equipment upkeep, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Candidates must possess a clear UK driver's license, strong horticultural knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The position is physically demanding and requires a passion for gardening and attention to detail.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in gardening or a related field.

Whether maintaining beautiful landscapes, designing new garden layouts, or ensuring plant health, youll play a vital role in creating and preserving stunning outdoor spaces across London.

Responsibilities:

Planting & Maintenance: Care for flowers, trees, and plants through watering, pruning, and general upkeep (shrub beds, hedges).
Moving and strimming grass fields, weeds, walkways etc,
Weeding all planted areas, raised beds, planters, weed control hard surfaces,
Moss treatment and using Westermann Honda moss remover,
Hoe flower/ shrub bed,
Leaf Collection,
Blowing of Hard Surfaces,
Weeding all planted areas, raised beds, planters
Monitoring: Assess plant health, manage growth, and protect against pests and diseases.
Landscaping: Install and maintain features like pathways, rockeries, and ponds.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure gardening tools and machinery are properly maintained.
Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.

Skills & Experience:

Clear and full UK drivers license is a MUST
Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
Ability to identify a variety of plants.
Physically fit, with the ability to lift, carry, and operate machinery.
Capable of working independently or as part of a team:This role is physically demanding and primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
