We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Consultant to lead the strategy, design, and execution of customer loyalty programs, closely integrated with MarTech platforms and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing technology, customer engagement, data-driven personalization, and omnichannel loyalty experiences.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in customer loyalty, CRM, MarTech, or digital consulting roles.
- Proven experience designing and deploying loyalty programs for large-scale clients or brands.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and automation tools.
- Excellent client-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive program performance.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
