Workplace Health Case Manager – Occupational Health

Location: Homebased
Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 + Benefits

We are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Workplace Health Case Manager to join their established occupational health team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor or Occupational Health Nurse who enjoys the clinical depth of case management and wants the flexibility of a fully remote role.

In this position, you will play a key part in supporting employees’ health, wellbeing, and return to work, while also empowering managers to make confident, informed decisions. You’ll be joining a supportive team that values quality, autonomy, and professional development.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver 45-minute case management assessments, providing clear advice on attendance, fitness for work, and general OH matters

  • Produce high-quality written reports with evidence-based recommendations and return-to-work plans

  • Coach and guide managers to improve referral quality and support effective attendance management

  • Review and process pre-placement questionnaires, supporting triage and appropriate follow-up

  • Provide expert advice on safe working practices, relevant legislation, and occupational health best practice

  • Maintain NMC registration, CPD, and contribute to continuous service improvement

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as an Occupational Health Advisor delivering case management (essential)

  • NMC Part 1 Registered Nurse

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and confidence working autonomously

  • Good IT skills and understanding of data protection and confidentiality within Occupational Health
