We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants, Carers, or Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality support in the Isle of Man.
The salary for this position ranges from £13.73 to £18.65 PAYE, depending on experience.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of recent care experience and possess a caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, daily activities, and promoting independence while following personalized care plans.
This is a part-time role with varying hours of 4 hours or more, requiring good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly and independently.

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant/ Carers/Support Workers to to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within our service users homes.

Location: Isle of Man
Salary: 13.73 - 18.65 PAYE
Hours: Varying hours of 4 hrs +

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support).
Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs
Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence
Assist individuals to access community activities and appointments
Offer emotional support and reassurance as required
Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
Maintain accurate and timely records

Requirements:

At least 6 months recent care experience.
Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly and independently
Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
