The Client:
This is a premium, product-led restaurant that's all about exceptional food, genuine hospitality and raising the bar. The client is looking for a strong, visible leader to elevate the current offering and drive performance across the board. It's already a great space ā but they want brilliant.
The Role:
- Be the face of the restaurant ā lead from the floor, and build a guest experience that's consistent, personal and best-in-class
- Work closely with chefs and leadership to refine menus and drive innovation
- Be hands-on with service ā a strong floor presence is essential
- Create a high-performance culture across the FOH team
- Deliver against key financial metrics ā manage rotas, margins and labour
- Ensure team training and development is a priority ā coaching, not just managing
- Own the standards ā systems, compliance, and the guest journey
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
The Person:
- Senior management experience within quality restaurants is essential
- A natural host ā someone who lights up a room and thrives on busy service
- Clear communicator with strong leadership presence
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep standards high
- Financially astute and commercially aware
- Strong food and wine knowledge
- Passionate about people, hospitality and getting the details right
