What youll be doing:

Leading from the front youll set the standard for service, making sure every guest feels at home whether theyre in for a quick pint or a full-on feast.
Inspiring and developing your team building a crew thats as passionate about great hospitality as you are.
Keeping operations tight from compliance to stock, nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.

What were looking for:

Proven management experience in hospitality pub or bar.
Passion for great fresh food.
Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to own the numbers.
A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Someone who can balance the charm of an Irish pub with the energy of a kitchen turning out seriously good Thai food.
