As a rWe are looking for an enthusiastic ALN Teaching Assistant to work across schools in Blaenau Gwent, providing tailored support to pupils with Additional Learning Needs.
What you'll be doing as an ALN Teaching assistant:
Assisting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to help them engage with learning
Encouraging independence, resilience and confidence through personalised strategies
Supporting teachers to create an inclusive, structured and positive classroom environment
Bringing patience, adaptability and encouragement to help learners achieve their goals
