As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support students across a range of subjects. You'll provide both academic and pastoral support, assist with lesson preparation, and help manage classroom behaviour.

This Graduate Teaching Assistant role offers a clear pathway into teacher training, and many TAs go on to complete Schools Direct or PGCE programmes the following year.
