This will be a stand-alone HR position and you will be closely supported by the Head of HR. This position will offer the opportunity to further develop in your HR career path.Your new roleAs HR Advisor, you will be responsible for generalist HR tasks to support the delivery of a professional HR service. In your role as HR Advisor, you will provide administrative support, advice & guidance to managers in the following areas: Recruitment & Selection, Inductions, Training & Development, Employee Engagement & Relations, HR policies & processes, HR systems and projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business delivering a professional HR service. What you'll need to succeedAs HR Advisor, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a generalist HR role. You will have excellent employment law knowledge and experience working across NI & UK. You will have the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, have excellent IT, communication and attention to detail skills. Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a unionised AND / OR manufacturing environment. Level 5 CIPD is preferable.
