Job Title: Payments Technical Support Analyst
Location: London (2-3 days per week)
Contract Type: 12 months
Day rate: £405pd inside IR35
We are looking for a highly analytical Payments Technical Support Analyst to join one of our Financial Services clients to support their non-production test platforms and application readiness for payments-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage all technology aspects of non-production environments for payments applications, including central payments services and instant payments systems.
* Ensure environment stability, availability, and readiness to support development, testing, and integration activities.
* Collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams across a complex matrix structure to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Analyse and clearly articulate technical and business issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Act as a key liaison between business and technology teams to align on environment requirements, timelines, and priorities.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of payments systems (SWIFT, TARGET, SEPA) and/or compliance domains.
* Proven ability to work in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
* Highly organised, results-driven, and capable of managing large workloads under tight deadlines.
