The Role

As a Full Stack AI Software Developer, you will work across the entire engineering lifecycle: front end interfaces, backend logic, database design, deployment, AI integration, and system monitoring. You'll be joining a small, hands on engineering team where every line of code matters and every feature directly impacts end users.

This is a role for someone who wants ownership, variety, and the opportunity to deeply influence product direction.

What You'll Do

Develop and enhance full stack AI applications using Python, TypeScript, and modern front end frameworks
Build intuitive, component based UIs with Tailwind CSS
Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities via LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Design and maintain database schemas using Supabase or other relational technologies
Manage code through GitHub with professional version control practices
Deploy and maintain services on Railway, AWS, or similar platforms
Collaborate closely with founders, data scientists, and end users to iterate product features
Contribute to architecture, technical direction, and system monitoring setup (e.g., DataDog)

Who We're Looking For

2 5 years of professional software engineering experience
Experience working on large, complex applications as part of a team
Strong full stack capability:
- Front end: TypeScript, React, Tailwind
- Backend: Python
- Databases: Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar
Hands on experience with AI/ML tooling: embeddings, LLM libraries, vector databases
Familiarity with AI assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
Background in a startup, consulting firm, or mature engineering environment
Ability to work independently, own problems end to end, and operate in a small team
Strong communication skills, including working with non technical stakeholders
