As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks relating to the planning, design,monitoring, and inspection of systems within buildings such as offices, homes and hospitals. You may spend time working in an office, or on-site.

The role of a Systems Engineer in this context will encompassRequirements Managementand Certification processes as well as widerProject Engineeringaspects of project controls. You'll need to:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Senior Roles

1. Work collaboratively withfacilities engineeringdiscipline leads to obtainengineeringassistance required, define activities and jointly establish Statements of Work.
2. Work collaboratively with the client leadership to ensure goals of engagement are fulfilled, new ideas are discussed andWorkstream expansion Plans implemented
3. Workload Management- Workload Planning & scheduling,Resource Management
4. Generation ofengineeringestimates as part of work packaging
5. Risk ManagementandQuality Assurance
6. Drive Customer Satisfaction.

All Roles

1. Work transparently with variousfacilities engineeringdiscipline leads / teams to provide clear and concise reports and information regarding progress and management of Risk and Opportunities in relation to theEngineeringactivities.
2. Define and conduct governance meetings.
3. Bring learnings & operationalbest practicesfrom other engagements.
4. undertaketechnicaland feasibility studies and site investigations
5. develop detailed requirement specifications
6. Support projects as they evolve through theproject engineeringlifecycles
7. assess the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertakerisk managementin specialist roles
8. communicate and liaise effectively with a wide set of project stakeholders
9. think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems
10. beadaptable, asproject requirementsevolve, and ensure relevant parties are notified of changes in the project
11. compile and peer review project andtechnicalreports.

Domain Knowledge

1. Good understandingof Project life cycle from concept, commissioning to operations and maintenance.
2. Technicalknowledge and understanding of variousengineeringdisciplines and interfaces.
3. Requirements Engineering(Developing Use Case through to Certification)
4. Experience in design and construction phases especially in dock environment will be an added advantage.

1. Good Communication skills - Makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.
