As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks relating to the planning, design,monitoring, and inspection of systems within buildings such as offices, homes and hospitals. You may spend time working in an office, or on-site.

Senior Roles
- Work collaboratively withfacilities engineeringdiscipline leads to obtainengineeringassistance required, define activities and jointly establish Statements of Work.
- Work collaboratively with the client leadership to ensure goals of engagement are fulfilled, new ideas are discussed andWorkstream expansion Plans implemented
- Workload Management- Workload Planning & scheduling,Resource Management
- Generation ofengineeringestimates as part of work packaging
- Risk ManagementandQuality Assurance
- Drive Customer Satisfaction.
All Roles
- Work transparently with variousfacilities engineeringdiscipline leads / teams to provide clear and concise reports and information regarding progress and management of Risk and Opportunities in relation to theEngineeringactivities.
- Define and conduct governance meetings.
- Bring learnings & operationalbest practicesfrom other engagements.
- undertaketechnicaland feasibility studies and site investigations
- develop detailed requirement specifications
- Support projects as they evolve through theproject engineeringlifecycles
- assess the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertakerisk managementin specialist roles
- communicate and liaise effectively with a wide set of project stakeholders
- think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems

- Experience in design and construction phases especially in dock environment will be an added advantage.
