m2r Education are currently working with a leading provider of technical and vocational training services in Saudi Arabia who are looking for a Training Quality Manager to start as soon as possible.

Within your role as Training Quality Manager, you will be responsible for designing and preparing quality improvement plans and setting educational standards for multiple Further Education Colleges across the Kingdom. You will conduct regular site visits to training providers to monitor the delivery of training quality and support in implementing new educational outcomes. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognised UK university
  • Masters Degree and PhD are highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience within the post-18 UK skills sector, not just industrial training, also tourism & hospitality, customer service etc
  • Minimum 5 years senior management experience in the TVET sector within the GCC
  • At least 3 years experience in a relevant advisory position in the TVET sector is preferred
  • Willingness to travel around the Kingdom as part of the role.

Package:

  • From 45,000SAR (£8,800 / $11,900) TAX FREE per month inclusive of housing and transportation allowances
