Professional Profile

Qualifications:

Valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card
Full, current UK driving licence

Skills:

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management abilities
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements, and risk assessments

Experience:

Solid understanding of building-related maintenance
Relevant work-based experience in a similar role
