They are seeking a motivated and hands-on Labour Manager to lead their candidate generation and delivery team. If youre passionate about people, processes, and exceeding client expectations, they want to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Leading a high-performing delivery team to ensure all client jobs are filled efficiently and on time.
  • Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, from resourcing and vetting to job placement and client communication.
  • Coaching, training, and supporting team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and tailored development plans.
  • Monitoring KPIs, including outbound activity, compliance checks, and job fulfilment targets.
  • Ensuring high standards of client service with regular check-ins, updates, and prompt issue resolution.
  • Optimising workforce supply by maintaining a strong pool of skilled and vetted candidates.
  • Managing pay rates to maximise gross margin and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager to refine and implement best-in-class processes.

What Theyre Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Trades & Labour recruitment or Labour/Resource Management.
  • A confident team leader with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Results-driven, with a keen eye for process and performance improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Salary: £35,000 £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits including hybrid working!
