IT Onsite Support Engineer - SC Cleared
Location: Southeast England | Security Clearance Required (SC Cleared or Clearable)
Contract | Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week (Flexible shifts between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday)
Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong customer-facing skills and current Security Clearance (SC)?
We're hiring for an exciting onsite opportunity where you'll play a vital role supporting end users with hardware and software issues that go beyond the capabilities of a traditional service desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face IT support to users, acting as the onsite resolver group for hardware and software incidents.
- Work on tickets assigned via Helpdesk, Level 2 teams, or self-service, including hardware fixes, cabling issues, software rebuilds, and mobile device replacements.
- Support office moves ranging from individual desks to larger group relocations, including occasional out-of-hours work.
- Collaborate closely with Telephony and other technical teams to deliver smooth support experiences.
Requirements:
- Active SC Clearance (or eligible to transfer).
- Proven experience in an onsite IT support role.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional out-of-hours support.
Contract Details:
- £200 Per Day Inside IR35
- 4-5 Months Initial Contract
- On-site
- SC Cleared or Clearable
