Academics is currently recruiting for a reliable and skilled IT Technician to work in a supportive school environment in Dartford, starting October 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving educational setting and play a key role in maintaining and supporting the school's IT infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to staff and students
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
Maintain and manage IT equipment across the school
Support the implementation of new technologies and software systems
Ensure all systems run smoothly to support teaching and learning

Candidate Requirements:

Previous IT support experience (school experience preferred but not essential)
Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
